Terms of agreement

This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a formal agreement between the Lemberg online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and governs the rules for using the Lemberg online store.

1. Obligations of the Store:

1.1. The store undertakes to provide the Client with high-quality and original products that meet the stated characteristics and quality standards.

1.2. The store is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene during storage, packaging and delivery of products.

1.3. The Store guarantees the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Client's obligations:

2.1. The client undertakes to provide accurate information when placing an order and paying for products.

2.2. The client undertakes to pay for the products on time and according to the chosen payment methods.

2.3. The Client undertakes not to use the information received from the Store’s website for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Store.

3. Order and Delivery:

3.1. Products are ordered through the Store’s website. The client selects products, adds them to the cart and places an order.

3.2. Delivery of products is carried out on the territory of Ukraine according to the conditions specified on the Store’s website.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

4.1. The customer has the right to return or exchange products that do not meet the stated characteristics within 14 days from receipt of the order.

4.2. Returns and exchanges are made according to the rules specified on the Store website.

5. Warranty:

5.1. The store provides a product warranty in accordance with applicable consumer rights laws.

6. Privacy:

6.1. The Store undertakes not to disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties without the Client’s written consent.

7. Final provisions:

7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

7.2. The agreement is considered concluded and valid from the moment the Customer places an order on the Store’s website.

7.3. The agreement can only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement is legally binding for the Store and the Client and governs their relationship when using the Lemberg online store.
