Toasts with chum salmon caviar and cream cheese are a delicious dish that combines richness of taste and ease of preparation. Slices of baguette or Italian bread are lightly toasted until golden brown and brushed with olive oil, which gives them a pleasant aroma and crispy texture. A mixture of cream cheese with finely chopped dill and a hint of black pepper provides a smooth and creamy base for the dish.

The main accent is chum salmon caviar, which is gently laid out on prepared toast. The bright orange grains of caviar not only look beautiful, but also explode on the palate with a marine aroma that harmonizes perfectly with the softness of the cheese and the aroma of the bread. The addition of fresh lemon wedges and a little dill adds freshness and brightness to every bite.

These toasts are an excellent choice for a holiday breakfast or as an appetizer at a party, where they can become a table decoration and a real gastronomic pleasure for guests.
